MMM Group invites you to attend a Public Open House for the draft precinct plan which is being prepared for an area of land identified as Precinct K in the City of Winnipeg’s land use plan, Complete Communities. Precinct K is approximately 547 acres of land located in southeast Winnipeg.

The purpose of the precinct plan is to provide a planning and policy framework for the future development of Precinct K. The precinct plan will ensure the nuew community is aligned with Winnipeggers’ vision & goals for accommodating growth as expressed in OurWinnipeg.

Highlights of the land use policies, the land use maps, zoning, and infrastructure network will be on display for your review and comment.

The open house will fallow a drop in format.

From Bike Winnipeg

Critical connections in this neighbourhood will be west to the South St. Vital trail, north towards the Bishop Grandin Greenway, and northeast towards Sage Creek. Internal connectivity will also be critical if city wishes to ensure a walkable, bikeable neighbourhood is developed in Precinct K.
