DESCRIPTION:MMM Group invites you to attend a Public Open House for the draft precinct plan which is being prepared for an area of land identified as Precinct K in the City of Winnipeg’s land use plan\, Complete Communities. Precinct K is approximately 547 acres of land located in southeast Winnipeg. \nThe purpose of the precinct plan is to provide a planning and policy framework for the future development of Precinct K. The precinct plan will ensure the nuew community is aligned with Winnipeggers’ vision & goals for accommodating growth as expressed in OurWinnipeg. \nHighlights of the land use policies\, the land use maps\, zoning\, and infrastructure network will be on display for your review and comment. \nThe open house will fallow a drop in format. \nFor inquiries\, please contact: Chris Baker at 204-943-3178 or bakerc@mmm.ca \nFrom Bike Winnipeg \nCritical connections in this neighbourhood will be west to the South St. Vital trail\, north towards the Bishop Grandin Greenway\, and northeast towards Sage Creek.
