Please join us for the Annual General Meeting of Bike Winnipeg Saturday November 16th and learn about recent and planned activities of Bike Winnipeg in our efforts to make cycling in Winnipeg a safe, enjoyable, accessible and convenient transportation choice year round. The AGM will be followed by a panel discussion of cycling related issues in St. Boniface and a mix and mingle session. Snacks and refreshments will be provided. RSVP`s are appreciated so that we can get an estimate on attendance, but not required.

Resolutions to be considered at the AGM:

1) Resolution to Change the Name of the Organization

Whereas the Board of Directors voted at the April monthly meeting to change the name of the organization from Bike to the Future to Bike Winnipeg; and

Therefore be it resolved that the by-laws of the organization be amended to state the name of the organization as “Bike Winnipeg,” replacing the name “Bike to the Future” wherever it appears in the by-laws, and that the necessary documents be filed with     the Companies Office for the purpose of changing the name of the organization from Bike to the Future Inc. to Bike Winnipeg Inc.
