ArtRide: Night Lights

Every piece tells a story. Learn all about public artwork in Winnipeg: where it is, why it’s there, and what it means. Some works are fun, colourful and interactive, and others will encourage quiet contemplation.
Join Bike Winnipeg and the Winnipeg Arts Council on an informative ride and get to know the artwork that punctuates and brightens your city!
ArtRide: Night Lights will take us from the Millennium Library, past the Human Rights Museum into Old St. Boniface, then along the Riverbank through Whittier Park before riding into Elmwood and into Point Douglas before winding our way through this historic Exchange District to Central Park. Along the way we’ll will look at and learn about emptyful, Sentinel of Truth, Monument, Light Through, YOU YOU + YOU and DIY Field.
Tours are free, but space is limited. YOU MUST REGISTER TO PARTICIPATE.
Meet at the Meet in the Park behind Millennium Library.
