Public Engagement (Open House) – Empress Street and Overpass Reconstruction and Rehabilitation
The Empress Street and Overpass Reconstruction and Rehabilitation project has now entered the construction phase. The City of Winnipeg is holding a “come and go” public open house for viewing the final design for the road, cycling, and pedestrian infrastructure improvements, and the construction timeline.
