The WRENCH’s Cycle of Giving 24 Hour KIds Bike Building Marathon is now in it’s 5th year of bringing together volunteers to build over 350 bicycles for Winnipeg children in need. With your generous support they aim to raise over $15,000 to support free bicycle programming in Winnipeg.

From noon on Saturday December 12th to noon on Sunday December 13th, their new venue at 1609 Elgin Ave WEST will be transformed into a magical workshop where salvaged and donated bicycles are turned into dreams come true.

There are many opportunities for non-mechanical types to contribute and volunteer so don’t be afraid to get involved even if you have never picked up a bike tool before.

In fact during the day and evening it is a family friendly event, and they even have crafting stations where kids can make cards to give with the bikes so everyone is welcome to come out.

Cycling of Giving requires a massive effort of volunteers.
