The video explains that the safest is for vehicles to CHANGE LANES and for the cyclist to ride in the centre of the lane. Bike Winnipeg has opposed taking these policy positions for years (since at least 2013). Will Bike Winnipeg ever adopt policy positions advocating changes in the law and MPI’s driver manual to reflect what is in this video?
