SUMMARY:Dublin Avenue Bridge Replacement and Regional Street Improvements Survey - On-Line
DESCRIPTION:The Dublin Avenue Bridge over Omand’s Creek is in poor condition and needs to be replaced. Bridge replacement will be coordinated with improvements to nearby roadways\, including the reconstruction of Dublin Avenue from St. James Street to Midland Street and the rehabilitation of St. James Street from Saskatchewan Avenue to Notre Dame Avenue. A study is required to develop a preliminary design for the bridge replacement and road improvements. Construction is expected to begin in early 2020. \nThe City is reaching out to stakeholders in the area to better understand construction impacts\, including truck/delivery requirements\, and to plan for potential improvements to sidewalks and transit stops. \nPlease review the project information boards and provide your comments through an online comment form before May 14\, 2019. \n
