Undeniably tight\, yet reckless as hell\, Dirty Catfish Brass Band deals in powerful phrasing and performances drenched with rhythm. Invoking the sounds of the New Orleans brass tradition\, the nine-piece collective dares to re-imagine the streets of a prairie city as one that is hot\, alive\, and brimming with soul. \n\n \nSlow Leaves is the recording name of Winnipeg’s Grant Davidson. He has garnered a reputation as much for his honest lyrics and stirring voice as his intimate stage performances and confessional story- telling.
